Swati Kolle (Founder & Director)

Mrs. Swati Sandeep Kolle is a very promising and talented Kathak dancer. She is the disciple of famous Kathak Guru Dr.Mrs. Manjiri Deo (Disciple of late Padmashri Nataraj Gopikrishnaji) and is learning the Kathak art form with a great dedication and sincerity for more than 20 years. She is also receiving the training of Layakari (Complex rhythm) from renowned Tabla maestro Taalmani Pt. Mukundraj Deo for nearly 10 years.   She has received the Kathak Nrityalankar degree from the Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalay Mandal.  She has performed in various Music and Dance festivals in India and abroad.

She is the Founder and Director of Swanand Kala Prasarak Kendra which is her Kathak Dance institute. Apart from being a very talented performer Mrs. Swati Kolle is a very able Guru (teacher). The students are very fond of her and it is due to her untiring efforts that in only eight years the institute has spread across four branches and more than 500 students are receiving training in Kathak at her institute.

Sandeep Kolle (Co-founder & Associate Director)

Mr. Sandeep Kolle is a Mechanical Engineer by profession.He looks after all the activities and important decisions related to the effective management of the Institute. He is overall in charge of administration of the Institute. He is a Tabla Artist and is one of the senior most gandabadh disciples of Pt. Mukundraj Deo. 

Dr. Sameer Surve (Co-founder & Chief Advisor)

Dr. Sameer Surve is the Chief Advisor of Swanand Kala Prasarak Kendra. Swanand Kala Prasarak Kendra seeks his valuable advice before starting any new activities or projects. His innovative ideas have always helped Swanand to achieve its objectives and he has always been an important contributing factor in the success of the Institute. Apart from this he is a very successful entrepreneur in the field of Scientific Equipments and Technology.
